Important Safety Protocols

The health and safety of all attendees is our top priority. As such, the FCCA Cruise Conference will be a 100 percent vaccinated event. All attendees and staff will be required to be fully vaccinated, with the final vaccine at least two weeks prior to arrival. You may be asked to show proof of vaccination upon entry of the hotel or conference center. 
 
To ensure the safety of all involved, we request proof of a negative antigen or PCR test upon arrival at the event, which will be presented to the registration desk.
 
Further bolstering everyone’s safety during this in-person event, we ask that you adhere to the additional protocols outlined below:
• Always wear your mask when indoors and in forms of transportation.
• Maintain physical distancing (3-6+ feet) when possible.
• Avoid physical contact, such as handshakes, embraces, etc. – and instead utilize alternate forms of greetings.
• Use hand sanitizers, which will be readily available.
• Allow for meals to be managed by servers for the highest standard of food service safety.

 

Overview

The FCCA conference is designed to foster a better understanding of the inner workings of the cruise industry and helps attendees improve their cruise tourism business. Through a specialized forum that blends meetings and workshops with social functions, attendees have a unique opportunity to develop relationships with, promote products to, and learn from approximately 100 executives from FCCA Member Lines who decide where ships call, what is sold and used onboard and how to invest in destinations and infrastructure.

Anyone doing or looking to do business with the cruise industry, Including: Ports & Destinations; Cruise & Tourism Agencies; Tour Operators; Attractions; Suppliers and Ship Agents.

Identification Badges

You will be required to wear your badge at all times, which will provide access to event transportation, along with the Conference site, meals and evening functions.  

Dress Code

The dress code is Business Casual for Conference sessions and the Opening Ceremony, and Smart Casual for evening functions.

All incoming travelers arriving from or that have transited through from South America, India, South Africa or the United Kingdom in the last 15 days will be required to take an additional COVID-19 test upon arrival and quarantine for 3 days. For more information on these restrictions, click here.

27TH ANNUAL FCCA CRUISE CONFERENCE

The FCCA reserves the right to exclude or remove any person/company whose presence or behavior is undesirable and/or potentially unlawful, harmful, disrespectful and/or causing a nuisance to other Delegates/Attendees, and the FCCA may exercise such right at its absolute discretion, notwithstanding that any such person is the employee, agent, permitted contractor of or in any way associated to the Delegate/Attendee. FCCA may cancel all or any part of the event for any reason beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural or public disaster, act of God, acts of terrorism, venue construction, insufficient participation, market fluctuations, government regulation, or similar reasons, such as a pandemic, in which case, and this case only, attendees will have the option to either receive a credit for a future conference date or refund upon written request. Refunds will be made to the person or entity that paid for the event at a pro rata portion of any fees already paid to FCCA, after which attendee will have no further recourse against organizer. A change in the name of the event does not constitute a cancellation by FCCA.


 Upon purchasing a ticket for this event, I understand that I am attending the event entirely at my own risk and take full responsibility for my own health and safety during the event. I pledge to follow all protocols and guidelines to mitigate any possibility of infecting others or becoming infected. The Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association is in no way liable for any present or future COVID-19 infection incurred at any time by any person, in attendance or not in attendance during or after this event.


 Due to the fluid nature of COVID-19 protocols, information is subject to change and will be updated accordingly. 


Cancellation/Refund Policy:  All registration sales are final, no refunds for cancellations and/or no-shows will be extended unless otherwise stated.
