The FCCA conference is designed to foster a better understanding of the inner workings of the cruise industry and helps attendees improve their cruise tourism business. Through a specialized forum that blends meetings and workshops with social functions, attendees have a unique opportunity to develop relationships with, promote products to, and learn from approximately 100 executives from FCCA Member Lines who decide where ships call, what is sold and used onboard and how to invest in destinations and infrastructure.

The Panama Convention Center will host registration, conference meetings, workshops and any and all business sessions

You will be required to wear your badge at all times, which will provide access to event transportation, along with the Conference site, meals and evening functions.
The dress code is Business Casual for Conference sessions and the Opening Ceremony, and Smart Casual for evening functions.
The FCCA reserves the right to exclude or remove any person/company whose presence or behavior is undesirable and/or potentially unlawful, harmful, disrespectful and/or causing a nuisance to other Delegates/Attendees, and the FCCA may exercise such right at its absolute discretion, notwithstanding that any such person is the employee, agent, permitted contractor of or in any way associated to the Delegate/Attendee. FCCA may cancel all or any part of the event for any reason beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, natural or public disaster, act of God, acts of terrorism, venue construction, insufficient participation, market fluctuations, government regulation, or similar reasons, such as a pandemic, in which case, and this case only, attendees will have the option to either receive a credit for a future conference date or refund upon written request. Refunds will be made to the person or entity that paid for the event at a pro rata portion of any fees already paid to FCCA, after which attendee will have no further recourse against organizer. A change in the name of the event does not constitute a cancellation by FCCA.
Upon purchasing a ticket for this event, I understand that I am attending the event entirely at my own risk and take full responsibility for my own health and safety during the event. I pledge to follow all protocols and guidelines to mitigate any possibility of infecting others or becoming infected. The Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association is in no way liable for any present or future COVID-19 infection incurred at any time by any person, in attendance or not in attendance during or after this event.
